Welcome!

MAFIA is a community built for men who share an interest in fisting.

Our goal is to create a respectful, supportive space where people can connect, learn, and celebrate a unique part of our sexuality.

This website contains adult material and is intended for those who identify as men and are 21 or older. If this isn’t for you, we understand and kindly invite you to exit now.

For those who wish to continue, please know that MAFIA is rooted in friendship, trust, and fun. All of our events take place in Chicago, and we’re always glad to welcome new faces to our community.
